Sentry sample coolers will efficiently cool your steam or hot water for any application.
Safely take boiler water samples and remain cost effective while cooling samples. Analyzers need a sample in a specific temperature range, also manual sample points needs for safety a temperature below approx. 70°C. When this temperature is different from your process temperature, a sample cooler is sometimes required. We have a partnership with Sentry, an independent manufacturer of coolers. By using sample coolers, we bring down the product temperature in a sampling system and lead it under the optimal conditions to the analyzer. We offer a width range of Stainless Steel and Alloy helical tube sample coolers.
The high efficiency sample coolers from Sentry combined with expert sampling knowledge and fast distribution by Mechatest, form an excellent combination. This helical tube sample coolers require a continuously cooling water flow, if you not have cooling water ask for our solution with a "passive sample cooler".

The Sentry TRW sample cooler is compact and cost-effective and efficient sampling alternative. Its small profile allows for easy installation on or near the boiler. It offers optimal service for flows below 1200 cc per minute for single phase heat transfer. Standard tube side material is 300 series stainless steel. Ideal for cooling low-pressure boiler water.
